The first step is to contact us, tell us about you and your needs. And we will take care of the rest.
Yes! We have plenty of room in our warehouse and can store your products until you are ready to send them to Amazon or to your end customer. We’ll keep your inventory safe and sound for as long as you need.
Yes, we accept Amazon Returns & Removal Orders.

We use our own portal to track your inventory. Once your account is setup, we will give you access to our portal so that you can track all progress in real-time. You can also access the portal from anywhere. Out of all of our experiences with other prep centers, this system worked the best and was most efficient.

You will be invoiced by e-mail after each shipment is sent into Amazon. Payments are due upon receipt and can be made by Credit / Debit Card or ACH Transfer (Fees apply). Storage fees are billed monthly.

Once your account has been setup, we’ll e-mail you detailed instructions on the process. Remember, we cannot see your financial information on either account. These accounts are needed in order for us to process and prepare your inventory from start to finish to give you a completely hands- off experience.

Our business is built upon relationships and more specifically trust. Your product information, and ALL of your information, is held in the strictest of confidence. It would be very unwise for us, and would ruin our hard-earned reputation if we did anything like this. It would simply destroy us as a company.

Once you have set the status of your items to SHIP and your inventory has arrived at our warehouse, you can expect it to be prepped and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Our main warehouse is located in Hainesport, New Jersey. Postal Code is 08036. Most inbound shipments from the east coast arrive to us within 1 – 3 business days. Most inbound shipments from the west coast arrive to us within 3 – 5 business days.

If we notice damage to an item upon receipt from your vendor, we will take photographs of the damage and send to you.

Yes, we accept truck-freight (LTL) shipments. A liftgate is not required, as our facility is equipped with two dock-high loading docks. We can also accommodate 53 ft trailers at our location.

Yes, we do this regularly. Keep in mind there is an extra fee to prep a pallet. Please see our service list for the latest pricing.

We offer daily pickups for all outbound shipments to Amazon. Orders fulfilled by our team are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and truck freight (LTL).

Absolutely! We love our International Sellers! Just ship us your products and we’ll take it from there.

Yes, we work with both new and experienced Amazon sellers. Our team provides guidance and support to help new sellers navigate Amazon’s requirements and ensure their products are properly prepared and shipped.
